Who we are

Greg Lutton – Human Performance Coach

I’m Greg Lutton, and I’m here to help you unlock your full potential. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, my goal is to guide you toward lasting progress. I believe in the principle of “leave it better than you found it,” applying it not only to training but to life.

With over 10 years of experience coaching athletes at every level—from professional and tactical athletes to youth just starting their training—I bring a deep understanding of performance development. My work as a published human performance researcher has focused primarily on youth sports performance, and I’ve contributed to the Navy’s Warfighter Performance program, studying the effects of fatigue.

Beyond research, I’ve coached college, high school, and youth lacrosse, both field and box lacrosse, and served as Virginia State Director of the National High School Strength and Conditioning Association (2018-2021). I hold a Master’s in Kinesiology from George Mason and am currently pursuing my PhD at Penn State.

Clients who work with me gain more than strength—they develop confidence, resilience, and the mindset to overcome obstacles. I take pride in building people from the inside out, helping them become stronger in every sense.

Above all, I’m a husband, father, and coach who believes in teamwork, both in training and in life. Together, we can push boundaries and leave the world better than we found it.
